Peter Kalkus - Founder and Chairman of the Board, founded Lamar in 1972. An MBA graduate of Harvard Business School, Peter has been the responsible executive for the acquisition, renovation and development of more than 15,000,000 square feet of retail space, 2,900,000 square feet of office space and 4,000 apartment units throughout the United States. Over the past eight years, he has evolved the company by keeping abreast of changes in the real estate market and now focuses on under-performing retail centers. He has led Lamar to over a dozen successes in this market, leading to outstanding results for his investors, clients and tenants.

Mark Kalkus - President and Chief Executive Officer. Mark graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with a double major in Economics and Psychology. He worked for Bain and Company as a management consultant for two years before returning to Stanford's School of Law where he also graduated with distinction. While getting his law degree, Mark embellished his practical experience working for venture capital law firms including Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosatti and Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison. In 1988, he joined Lamar Companies assisting in leasing and property management. He quickly became a vital force in several of Lamar's most successful and profitable turnarounds. Cory Boss - Cory is the Executive Vice President and Head of Acquisitions. Cory joined the Company in 1990. He is responsible for acquisitions of all projects. He has purchased in excess of 10 million square feet of retail space across the U.S. since 1994. Prior to joining Lamar, he was Regional Controller for a national development company for five years, where he was responsible for all the financial information and accounting for numerous commercial operating projects as well as land development projects. Larry Lang - Larry is Executive Vice President of Asset Management. He majored in real estate and urban studies at the University of Florida and has been with the company since 1975. Before joining Lamar, he was loan workout specialist for REIT and real estate loan officer for the Travelers Insurance Company. Larry has been involved in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of over 1.5 billion dollars of real estate transactions since joining Lamar in 1975. Jacquelyn S. Quinn - Jackie is the Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Lamar. She has been with Lamar from inception and has an intimate knowledge of the company’s financial background and status. She maintains Lamar’s banking relationships, in addition to managing the corporate cash flow operation and overseeing the administrative operations of the company. Ralph Pugliano - Ralph is the Vice President of Acquisitions. Ralph joined the company in 1994. He shares responsibility with Cory on acquisitions. Prior to joining Lamar, Ralph was at Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, managing 75 Joint Venture Real Estate Partnerships and a $135 million Venture Capital Stock Fund. Lavinia Sherman-Truelove - Vinnie is Vice President of Management Operations and Construction Management, a Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator. She has been with Lamar since 1977 and is responsible for overseeing Lamar’s management operations. Vinnie has either directly or through overseeing, been involved with all of Lamar’s retail and office management, totaling over 18,000,000 square feet to date. Lara Purchase - Lara is President of LFI, LLC, and manages the portfolio of all non-real estate assets, which includes hedge funds and stock investments. Phil Schneider - Phil is Vice President of Asset Management and joined Lamar in July 2004. He is responsible for managing equity and debt investments, establishing and implementing strategies, recommending and implementing dispositions and refinancings, coordinating property managers, leasing agents and other third party resources. Prior to joining Lamar, Phil spent 15 years working for Urdang and RREEF, both well recognized pension fund advisors, in the capacity of Senior Asset Manager and District Manager where he managed retail, industrial, hotel and multifamily investments with an aggregate value of $400 million. Cheryl Davies - Cheryl is Vice President of LFI, LLC where she oversees the day-to-day operations for the non-real estate division of the company. She has been with Lamar since 1991. Cheryl also maintains Lamar’s insurance portfolio, to include placement and management of all lines of commercial coverage for both the company and Lamar’s real estate assets.Additional areas of responsibility include risk and claims management. Becky Hammer - Becky is Vice President of Property Management and brings over 25 years of experience to the organization to include working with REIT's and Institutional owners. Becky has been with Lamar for over 10 years and is also a former IREM chapter president and recipient of the CPM of the Year Award. Jesse Maas - Jesse is Director of Acquisitions for the Western United States. Jesse joined the Company in 2007. Prior to joining Lamar, Jesse was a Director for a REIT and focused on acquisitions and asset management in western markets. Before shifting to real estate, Jesse spent four years working at an internet company, and held various roles in business development, marketing and strategy.
