Dempsey is the Controller at Lamar Companies, where he oversees the accounting team and financial operations, investor relations, property analytics, and the company’s insurance portfolio. Prior to joining Lamar, Dempsey served as Construction Controller at Mandrake Capital Partners, focusing on build-to-rent and multi-family developments. Previously, he was the Construction Controller for Normandy Real Estate Partners and Columbia Property Trust, overseeing financial operations for office, industrial, and multi-family projects, and contributing to developments ranging from tenant fit-outs to ground-up constructions. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Dempsey served as an Artillery Section Chief both domestically and abroad.
