Retail Investment Criteria
- Location: Across the United States, primarily in secondary and tertiary markets, and Puerto Rico
- Density: Minimum 30,000 people in 3 miles with $40,000 median household incomes
- Size: 70,000 square feet or larger (will consider smaller opportunities locally in the Tri-State region or in markets in which we already have a presence)
- Price: $3,000,000 to $200,000,000+ (individual assets or portfolios)
- Profile: Potential for significant value-creation through existing vacancy, redevelopment/repositioning, anticipated vacancy, co-tenancy or credit risk, or other distressed issues
- Purchase: Lamar will acquire properties through fee simple, note purchase, foreclosures, short sales, etc. and has the ability to close all cash in the right circumstances
Local Investment Criteria
- Lamar is actively seeking development opportunities in the tri-state region
- Self-storage and multi-family (ground-up or re-development)
- Single tenant retail build to suit
- Will consider all opportunities regardless of size in Northern New Jersey

- Any existing loan information
- Rent roll
- Site plan
- Location maps and photos
- Sales reports (if available)
- Competition map (if available)
- Near-term capital needs (roof, parking lot, etc.)
