John is responsible for underwriting Lamar's investment opportunities across a wide variety of asset classes and is also involved in asset management analytics for the firm's national retail portfolio.  Prior to joining Lamar, John was the lead associate at MSM Equities, focused on industrial and office acquisitions in the Northeastern United States.  Previously, he was a Transaction Associate at The Hampshire Companies and led industrial and self-storage underwriting efforts at the firm.
