Kyle oversees Lamar’s Western US acquisition platform where he focuses on sourcing, structuring and capitalizing investments, and is also involved in the asset management of the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining Lamar, Kyle was the lead analyst for The Hampshire Companies’ value-add real estate funds and direct investment vehicles, focused on industrial, office, retail, multi-family and self-storage. Previously, he was a Global Equity Analyst and Team Leader for Bloomberg LP responsible for researching and analyzing North America’s largest publicly traded technology companies.
