Larry is General Counsel for Lamar, managing and handling legal matters for the company, including retail and office leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. Larry has over 30 years of real estate legal and business experience at major law firms in Washington DC and New York City, and as head of the real estate legal division of a publicly traded national retailer, where Larry’s duties included overseeing lease negotiations, lease administration, real estate business strategies, asset management, lease restructuring, and occupancy cost management, along with participation in the site selection committee, real estate operations and real estate litigation management. Larry is a graduate of the University of Florida and obtained his law degree at George Washington University.
