Victoria is involved with property and construction management of the company’s retail and office portfolio. Her responsibilities include tenant and vendor relations, preparation and management of budgets, regulatory compliance, preventative and ongoing maintenance and the planning and oversight of capital improvements. Victoria has received her Property Administrator Certificate through BOMI International and is recognized as a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties by CRECI. She is actively pursuing IREM’s Certificate of Property Management.
